Default need help about cell phone locking and unlocking???
well you know those deals when they give you cheap phones with a plan and they are locked...how do you unlock and can u explain it more. thanks

You need a data cable, and a bit of knowledge.
I'm pretty sure it's illegal though, or at least in some way a violation of the terms of owning the phone.

I'm sure that it differs in different countries (ah, the wonder of the net ;P)
Here in the UK there are shops and stores that will gladly unlock your cell, so I dont think its illegal here, probably just frowned at by the service providers.

Prodj, It will depend on what model phone you get, basically get the modem/manufacturer of the phone you want, then pop something like "Nokia 2385723847-10 Unlock" into google and see what comes up.

Its a little data cable that flashes the rom on your mobile.

Careful though... ROM's don't take well to lots of flashes....

told u rami that they are locked u didnt beleive me! ur an idiot! and i know how to unlock them, by the way i havent seen many programs to unlock the phone u want (the phone i currently have) Nokia 3650 WHHOOOO HOOOOO THIS PHONE IS GREAT!
