That's what sucks about Sony. I have an older model Sharp MD, I love it

I highly suggest Sharp MD.

Sharp uses Sony's software to cut costs =P

DO NOT GET THE NETMD's!!! =)

Sound quality wise go for Sharps or Panasonics

I know NetMD's suck when it comes to their software, but I don't really have the patience to record all the music onto MDs to play on normal MD player.
I'd rather get some kind of device that allows me to copy Mp3s straight onto it and play them as is (eg. memory based Mp3 player or CD-based Mp3 player).

Thanks for all your suggestions though! I really appreciate it!

I'm thinking of getting this mini-CD Mp3 player from Compaq for $200AUD.

Here's a link:

What do you guys think? Any objections?

Thanks.

185 meg truly isn't a lot of music =P

Thats just my 50 Cent folder lol

U'll pay through your nose for 8cm CD's as well btw.

Probably best to buy a full sized CD mp3 player.

I payed $300 Canadian for my Samsung Yepp 30S 64mb back in november I think. Then got it upgraded to the 30SH 128mb for free, I have no complaints with this thing, it is kickass. If you can tolerate the lack of space I recommend it, my next mp3 player will most likely be the Jukebox Zen.
