Interesting that it is WiFi only version but Verizon is making you buy a MiFi bundle (so they can charge you like it's a 3G version). Not sure why you would get this version over the standard WiFi version (the same WiFi only version minus 3G contract).

Yeah, I agree, Xie. It is just another way for them to rip people off.
Something else about that article is also point where they state that Verizon doensn't offer 3g iPad. So anyone who gets it will be paying the cost for mifi, and not being able to use it to the full extent. I wonder how many stupid people are going to fall for that? |
