Statsme without dedicated server

Say i want to play counter-strike 1.5 with bots by myself

or with friends over a lan

is there a way to make statsme work (eg" you did 99 damage to him but he did 101 to you") on a standard server, and not a dedicated server?

Where and how do i get StatsMe for my dedicated server?

You can get Statsme from the UnitedAdmins website. There are both Linux and Windows versions.

After u dl it.. install it and customize your settings / annocements in the statsme.cfg file (open .cfg files with notepad)
