Default Castle Wolfenstein Problems Problems
Ok I had this game laying around played and finished it on my other PC with a Geforce 2 GTS. Well today I felt like instaliing it on the PC with my Geforce 4 with DX9 installed. I have the Game of the year maps and the latest patches. Whenever I load any version of the game my monitor shuts down completely. Sound no problem, video problem. I was reading on some site that this guy downloaded some type of program name GL Direct and you have to crack it and all that crap I do not want o resort to this.

Rambus 256
GeForce4 4400
Trutle Beach Santa Cruz
detonators 41.09
DX9
Ample amount of page file(I was able to run all doom maps)

Help would be greatly appreciated guys. Thanks in advance

I uninstalled my Nvidia drv's 41.09 and installed the new det 42's. Also the drv's for my monitor are not XP compatible[KDS Visual Sensation]. So I installed a monitor update from Microsoft. Works pretty well for me now and my onscreen display is sharper.
