yes it is, trust me. i've downloaded it already. go to csnation.counter-strike.net. there are a lot of mirrors there to download from already. it all depends upon the version you need.

Yup....

Seems to have 1 bug...a weird menu thing... thats all I can spot atm, almost thought they had removed the chickens from italy and almost died.
