It's actually pretty good. You should pop down to a store and play with the demo models.

Dude, it's nothing compared to what I use of daily basis. Its feature set - or lack of the same - is just ridiculous. anyway, probably off topic.
Edit Tried the first generation one very early on, many months before its launch in any European countries at work, and I wasn't impressed. The software update, which it is basically all about, isn't exactly impressive either, and HSDPA and GPS? Well, even my simple feature phones feature that and better. |

Nice pics Mizzle. Now make a nice report on it in Word or Open Office, format it with pics and all and see who will put it on the front page and send the link to HP and Buzzcorp.

Thanks, yeah I'll do that, but I've just got so much on my mind at the moment, so it might take a bit.
Just tried Oblivion at 1280 x 800 pixels, max graphics and max viewing distance, etc. It ran smoothly at a consistent 60 fps. niiiice |

Just a quick update. Tried Oblivion at 1920 x 1200, also at max graphics, and it's at 45-60 fps, with a few drops to 25-35 from time to time. Playable, no doubt.
Also tried out TrackMania Nations Forever, 1920 x 1200, max graphics. It was running at approx. 30-35 fps. Definitely also playable, and looks great. NFS Carbon - I've installed the demo, set the graphics to max and 1600 x 1200 (that's the highest!), no AA, and it's running smoothly with a few ½ second hick-ups now and then. Last but not least, I've tried Age of Empires III. All set to max graphics in 1920 x 1200. Everything is running perfectly, but I guess AOE III isn't that much of a graphics game. |
