I'm sufferring big pain from webserver that running W2K SP4, this morning is stocked on as below events log detail

Description:
Windows cannot load the user's profile but has logged you on with the default profile for the system.
DETAIL - Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Also, 100% cpu usage when I check Task Manager,
if available, please help me, thanks in advance
