    Hi everyone, I am having a strange problem that is everytime I open a new internet explorer window, it closes the 1st one and opens a new one !!! I can't open multiple IE windows. Any idea to fix it ? Thanks in advance :)

    Yup...I just found it and it worked ! but it means I can't use hibernate (not a big deal for me at the moment though) I downloaded somthing similar earlier (suspend.zip which contains 6 files altogether with un/forced standby and hibernation) but I don't want to use 3rd party programs for such...

    Nope....still goes on hibernation !!!

    The above command puts my laptop in hibernation instead of standby. I also tried the following %windir%\System32\rundll32.exe powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState standby still no success !!! :rolleyes:

    Hi, I know how to create an icon for shutdown or restart but I use the standby/hybernate a lot and I couldn't find how to create shortcuts for those. Any help please !
