Hi, I've installed my Motorola SLVR onto my computer and Motorola Phone Tools recognises it. However, whenever I open Motorola Phone Tools, on the animated display of the SLVR L7, there's a "no access" icon on it, and when I hovered my mouse over it, it said "communication port unavailable"...
