Any idea where I can get a good (free preferably) program that joins together video files? I'm usually just working with .avi's or .mpg's from my camera and I hate to keep converting them to .dv and importing them into iMovie when I'm sure there has got to be an easier way. Cheers! -tc |

AVI files can be merged with avimerge.
Download FfmpegX it will give you a nice graphical interface to do what you want to do. |

Get Fink or MacPorts and find out what package it comes with and install it from source. I am not exactly sure, and I can't check right now, but I believe it comes in the avitools package. Trust me, avimerge is not just for Linux :P
