It opens up a lot of possibilites! I wonder if Android can be ported over to the iPhone. |

If this is going to lead to a full blown iPhone specific OS to compete with Android/Symbian/etc. at least amongst people willing to jailbreak, then great ... otherwise ... meh.

I think it will remain "meh". I really can't see the point of putting a full blown Linux OS onto the iPhone when 1. the existing OS is rather awesomes, and 2. there are other lumps of hardware out there which are easily available at less cost which can run linux either legitimately or at least, easier.
