I chose Server install, and need to put all my windows applications on it to store them, (I know they won't work on the server, but it can store them for network use) Please help, Skazz |

if i'm not mistaken, you'll need to type "start x" or "startx" at the command prompt.
this should crank up the nice gui look everyone is used to seeing. |

startx it is. You can use the control center (think that's the name) to set the computer to boot into the GUI everytime it starts.

i've setup RH inux 8 on my box
it went out fine. choose custom setup don't alter any settings unless you really know what you're doing msg me if it doesn't go smoothly can you tell me how to use grub? it has cool interface but it says "cannot load image into memory" i'm using LILO and it's fine now |
