Default Batteries

Hello, everyone, I have a question that has nothing to do with computers, But I figured that someone out there just may know the answere. Here it is, I have heard about a process to return nicad batteries that wont hold a charge anylonger to like new condition with some easy process call resurrection. Does anyone know what this process is? And does it work? Thanks again to everyone.
