Default Open Domains
Thought this was rather interesting, the site http://opendomain.org/ is giving away free domains, in the spirit of sharing and open source etc.

They have a list of current domains and obviously you need to explain why you need/deserve one of the domains (I think "because I want it" is sufficient ) Examples of domains which have already been given are http://xmpp.org and http://xaml.net

Will be interesting to see what other projects/pages come from this

Terms of Use.
The domain should be used by a group most closely associated to the context of its name
Errr how anyone can be closely associated to some of those names,1 in particular involving being a warrior of a certain part of the female anatomy I'll never know
