i dont know if im in the right room i didn't find anywhere else to ask, where can i get dual layer blank dvds in toronto, i dont have a credit card to get them online so yea... anyone in toronto knows

i asked somone in my class he said all the shops have it so i went and i found a RiData 8.5gb DVD+R DL 2.4x but when i insert in my drive it doens't see it it's teling me not accessible... incorrect function, i have an nec 3520 i thought it was supposed to see dual layer dvds double you tea eff doesn anyone know why is it doing this?
