Duh@owner So you say to Dog, go fetch ball, duh he comes back without ball, did it not dawn on the owner the Dog may have eaten em sooner?
This reminds me of an idea I had 27 years ago when a boy collecting them at Lodge Lane side of Addington Court Golf Club. If they built into the ball a frequency probe, then like when people lost their keys it had a tag you would whistle and the keys would beeb. Same goes for the balls, different types of makers name balls, different areas of the country would put into the frequency probe a different wave length thus you would lose ball in bushes and press a clicker and hey presto the nearer you got to the ball the louder and faster the pips on the clicker. If I can collect 200 golf balls still in good nick from the bushes and over/undergrowth and palm them off for 5 pence each or 3 for 10p then thats a lot of money saved. |
