Normally I work 6P-3A, but I am currently doing 9A-6P to get some day exposure. After this Monday/Tuesday off, back to night shift.

Thats an extra hour of manitory overtime isnt it?

I wouldn't mind working 3rd unless I was with girl or if I was married and had kids. My step dad works 4pm till 7am 3 days out of the week and then 10pm-7am the other days. I don't see how he can do it.

Nope, 8 hours of work plus an hour for lunch. Besides, I don't mind OT when it comes, as my pay gets multiplied by 2.5

Ahhhhh...when I work fulltime during the summer we have a manitory hour of overtime except on fridays.

I built up a dependency on sleep aids...
I stopped taking them about 1 and 1/2 week ago and last night was my first night of sleep since i came off it.

Almost ran a woman over who decided to walk out from behind a van and right in front of me at FOUR IN THE F******* MORNING. Literally, she bounded out into the street and froze.

How do you not see/hear a car on a completely deserted little street at four in the morning is beyond me - if I'm open minded trying to think about it, I think it was a suicide attempt on her behalf due to the completely blank and expecting stare she gave me, like nothing was out of the usual at all. I had to swerve and hit the curb hard next to a fire hydrant, now have to check underbelly for damage. Damn.
