boot into safe mode and see if the refresh rate is set too high, this will sometimes cause the issue you are seeing, if not it could be a hardware issue

what kind of display? Have you tried a different monitor? And, as Carpo said, have you checked your refresh rate?

if its a case of you can see the bios info, then the windows boot screen, and then it goes black its a refresh issue

its not a refresh problem coz its only set to 1024x768, cant boot to safe mode as well, i used another cpu and plug the HD and its working fine.......so i dont know whats with it....
