When I insert that HDD into the asus system... i don't hear any beaps when i turn on the system. I get the screen saying that windows could not load properly...gives me options to load safemode, with cmd, with net, last know config, and normal. I have tried them all but the same result... computer restarts and brings me back to the same screen. Safe mode loads drivers till mup.sys and then reboots.... I HAVE THE LATEST BIOS VERSION Thanks in advance. |

You cannot simply swap motherboards and expect windows to work. The only option apart from reinstalling windows it to use the repair option in the windows setup.
