Default how much can push my cpu more??
i have a amd 3200+ 64 bit it's couple with a zalman res plus1 water cooler..

what sort of speed could i get from it??? i was hoping about 3ghz is this possible?? if so how would i go about it i have a nforce4 motherboard with hypertransport
