Question mobo + CPU + HSF
Will this work?

mobo: ABIT IL8 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 945P ATX Intel Motherboard - OEM (link)

CPU: Intel Pentium D 805 Smithfield 533MHz FSB 2 x 1MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Dual Core,EM64T (link)

HSF: ZALMAN CNPS9500 LED (link)

Yes.

Motherboard, CPU and HSF are all LGA775. In the case of the HSF it supports multiple socket types, LGA775 being included as one of them.
