- Only AMD64 technology runs today’s 32-bit and tomorrow’s 64-bit software - AMD’s Enhanced Virus Protection for Microsoft ® Windows ® XP SP2* - Cool'n'Quiet™ technology for a quieter computer and lower power costs - HyperTransport™ technology and an integrated DDR memory controller for maximum performance and system efficiency - 2.6GHz operating speed - 1MB L2 cache ------------------------------------------------------------------ I am just so happy that my FX57 is apparently still faster! http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatal...acp_2d146_2dam |

I'm not liking OcUK. They force customers to pay for Next Day delivery and offer no alternatives to lower the costs of purchasing from them - ie 3-day delivery option.

Oh, I just saw this over in Anandtech.
Power consumption of FX-60 at idle: 135W and at full load: 225W Power hungry mongrel if you ask me. lol But it doesn't beat Intel at it. ![]() http://www.anandtech.com/cpuchipsets...oc.aspx?i=2668 |
