Default Mouse Problem !
I recently bought a new blue Vivanco mouse and I have got the drivers for win xp but the drivers won`t install and whenever I turn my PC off and turn it back on, the vivanco mouse don`t work.

Please can someone help or I will have to give the mouse back !

what is the install error you are getting when trying to install the drivers?

The error is at the end of installation which don`t happen, ' There was a problem installing this hardware: WHEEL MOUSE PS2 MOUSE

An error occured during installation of this device

The class installer has denied the request to install or upgrade this device.'
