bluetoth mouse probs
I'm having huge problem's with my new m/soft Bluetooth intellimouse.Loaded s/ware followed inst, got mess saying error not supported bythis version of windows. I'm running win xp pro, software is supportedby this, but I keep gettin' this messge. It installed by accident theother day & worked till 2nite, needed new batts. now won't work atall. Please anyone with any knowledge or answers please please tell me! |

after you installed the batteries in did you try to reconnect the mouse by pressing the button on the mouse and that main piece thingie if you did so then maybe it's something with the driver, try reinstalling it download the newest driver from the manufacturer's website, if it's bluetooth then im guessing you have the logitech?

Lee ere, I have uninstalled the driver & reinstalled it! no joy! downloaded latest driver still no joy. I can't even get the install wiz up! mouse is m/soft intellimouse for explorer!
