Here is a list of the stuff I'm getting in the next couple of days. Asus A7N8X-E-Deluxe - nForce2 - x8 AGP+Gbit Lan+WiFi+6Ch Sound+SATA+1394+SATA-RAID+USB2 Hercules 256Mb ATI Radeon 9800XT Classic ViVo Coolermaster Jet-7 AMD Heat Sink Fan AMD Athlon XP 3200+ *400 FSB* (2.20 GHz) "Barton" Will this all run in perfect harmony? No incompatability? No problems? Also, is ATI bringing out another more powerful card out soon? |

I don't see any problems...you got some money on your hands, I see.
It's an extremely drooleable system, if that's what you're wondering. Make sure not to get a cheap power supply. |

Wht are you using for RAM? The Asus can be a little picky about it.
There is always a new video card just around the corner, but there hasn't been anything annouced as of yet. |

Agreed, the SATA drives are the only way to go if you've got something that high-end.

ati will be coming out with a new product in about 2 months time... if not sooner...
for the cpu I recommend getting @ min perhaps the 3000+ athlon64 cpu from amd... it outperforms most of the other cpu's on the market ![]() the better mobo's are teh k8t800 via boards and the best as either msi/asus or gigabyte... all are excellent performers... ![]() the cpu retails for just over $220 which is a decent deal ![]() spend around 50-80 bucks more (depends where you look) and you can get the 3200+ athlon 64 cpu
