Default Recommended heatsink/fan

Im looking for something quiet and reasonably priced for a athlon 64 3500+ (939 pin). Anyone have any recommendations? if im not going to overclock, will the stock fan be sufficient?

yeaH IF yer not gonna oc then the stock cooling is sufficent.
BTW atylons dont really run very hot atleast not as much as precotts!
even if ur gonna oc (maybe like a 200-400mhz oc) then stock coolin is still ok.

if you still wanna get some aftermarket coolin, the best ones IMO are from:
zalman and thermalright.
just run a google search on em to get exact model numbers and pricing, and even the best HSF wont cost more then $40.
good luck
