Default Compability question

Hi, im gona buy Abit AI7 μGuru, or Gigabyte 8IPE1000Pro-2 (865PE chipset).
My question is:
can i have Celeron (Northwood FSB:400) with DDR400 on Intel chipset? System will be stable and OK? cause... : http://www.intel.com/design/motherbd/rl/rl_mem.htm
So... if have anybody fsb400 or 533 with DDR400 and intel chipset on motherboard let me know.

its says it would work, but why not go with a nice 64Bit AMD

From what I can see, the AI7 will only take a 533FSB Celeron, but the Gigabyte board will do the Northwood w/ DDR400.
