hi. today my monitor color changed color to light blue and even if i try to shutdown the pc, reconnect the monitor wires, tried to change color from the buttons but nothing happened. what could be wrong?

I'd imagine it's a loose wire quite close to the vga connector. Hold the wire quite close to where it's plugged into the PC (about 3 inches away) and gently twist it one way, then the other to see if the colour reverts.

From my experience, that's usually the cause.

thanks. did what you suggested. i forgot to push back my cpu when i moved it this afternoon. whew! i thought the monitor is quitting.
