Default Card Reader with Mapped Drives

Just bought a USB card reader for work, but the problem is that it tries to map to drive G: but I already have a network drive mapped to G:. Is there a way to have the Card Reader associate itself with another drive letter? I'd rather not have to map the network path to another drive.

Thanks.

You could try this.

The device must be plugged in to the same USB port everytime.

Right click My Computer - manage - disk management

Assign a new drive letter to the cardreader like S or T that is well away from used letters so it will not be moved if a new device comes along.

Hope it works.
