I think he's only got the xp firewall on.His zonealarm is switched off.

the xp firewall should be disabled 1st.

hope thats all it is, ZA is a dog, even when disabled its still running with the true vector service, if thats the case uninstall the damn thing and get a decent firewall like sygate free
