Win XP Pro 1.4 Ghz Athalon XP Geforce 2 MX400 64 meg 256 megs ddr gigabyte 7dxr 40 gig maxtor The problem is that, the display has vague lines going up and down the screen. Whenever the processor is carrying a heavy load, you can see the lines become more apparant. I have ran the latest drivers for all of my hard ware. Any help would be appreiated. thanks |

Have experienced once but those lines ( green & blue ) appeared also after restart in boot display and so on .. what have I done [?]
- checked cables and shutdowned pc but I think the temperature is the main cause .. |

Have you tried easing the o/c on your graphics card, see if it does the same thing? Also check if the fan (on vid card) is still working / spinnning well. When the cpu is loaded, case temp increases, so vid card temp increases as well. Might explain it anyway. Good luck.
