Default MTU Size constantlly changing making streaming audio a pain... help

I have a linksys BEFW11S4 with the latest firmware and everyday my MTU size has to be changed to allow for streaming audio to keep playing.

It started out at 1500 a while back.. now I am down to 1300 for MTU size in the router. I test it by disabling MTU size then running a ping www.dslreports.com -f -l 1300 or whatever MTU size.

Everyday I have to drop about 40 in my MTU for it to work right.

Anyone have anyideas what could be causing this or anyweb sites that may contain more info on this issue.

Thanks
