I just hooked these speakers up for a friend and he had the same problem. Exactly.
You have to set it in the configuration in the software that it came with. By that I mean in the sound card. Well..lemme explain. He got a sound card too, when he bought the speakers. It's in that software where you have to set it. For him, it was the Phillips SoundControl Agent. 5.1 had to be selected. It wasnt the default. |
