Intellipoint 4.1 forgets its settings [::Microsoft Intellimouse Optical::]

Intellipoint 4.1 using for my current mouse ( came with it and haven't modified so much stuff until .. ) ; after shutdown forgest some setting for particular two buttons ( see pic. ) .. yes , I must recognize that I've changed accidentally the usb with my webcam ( unninstalled both and installed again correcly ) ..

What should it be [?] Answers aprecciated !

left = back
right = forward

"What should it be" = how can be resolved this problem :confused: ( forgets settings )

I told u what it should be:
left = back
right = forward

Not sure about remembering it's default settings. Go to Microsoft's site and search the knowledgebase or email tech support with the problem and see what they say. Luck!
