Default Surround Speakers

I'm having a funny ol problem with my speakers where only the rear speakers and sub are working, leaving the front two and the centre not working at all.

The speakers are a Cambridge soundworks DT2220 with a Sound Blaster Live! Sound card under Windows XP Pro

Any ideas?
