The mouse I can get to last about 3 months on average, but once it tells you that the batteries are critically low, then you can still get another week out of them. *reminds self to get more batteries* I have mine on a Max Payne mousepad, this is good as there isnt much of the pad without some design on it. Though I have tried it on a cream coloured wall as well, and it still picks it up. Maybe high reflective White with ridges is needed. |

Mub's Personally I prefer flock wallpaper as the texture gives the optical sensor multiple readings and effectively boosts the sample rate! <ahem >
