well, yeah they use a lot of current from your wall..? i don't see why that would be an issue, though. you can't run them off of batteries or your computer's power supply or anything.

and i hope you know that the lamps go out in those things and are expensive to replace.

the lamps are expansive and they are hot as a mofo. careful where you place it and what you place around the vents.

AMD XP 3200+ (was a 2500+)

Projectors are expensive. Bulbs for them are really expensive, really bright, and might as well get liquid cooling, they get really, really hot.

I'v melted skin off before with one of those.

They are also really expensive. I said that again. I had two previously, in Russia, and really regret that I sold them, because of their quality, and how much they are worth.

If you're going to get one, get a good one :happy:
