Arrow Asus Bios

I have the A7V266-E and saw Live Update from asus, which is supposed to flash your BIOS from windows, after a restart of course. so the question i have is, is it safer to use the live update from asus of the floppy method. anyone used it before?

AMD XP 3200+ (was a 2500+)
(200 * 11 = 2205Mhz)
ASUS A7N8X-E
OCZ PC3200 Dual Channel Memory
nVidia 6800GT 256mb DDR3
WD 120GB JB 7,200PRM master
WD 120GB JB 7,200RPM slave

Default

Both methods work well.
I have the Asus A7V333 and I flashed it almost 10 times via the floppy method without a single problem; last time I flashed it was ten days ago and I used for the first time Live Update and it went through without problems !
The safest way remains the floppy method, though.
