Has anyone had problems with this mobo and USB keyboards & mice.
Every so often the keyboard stops working and sometimes the mouse as well which results in a reboot.
If it is just the keyboard I open device manager and one of the human resources devices has an yellow exclamation mark so I click disable then enable and the keyoard works again.
XP2200 processor, 80gb maxtor HD, 2 X 512 ddr 266 ram,
XP home :confused:

Check in your BIOS and make sure USB Keyboard and Mouse are enabled...

Built system on K7S8XE+ and XP 2200 last weekend for a friend. certainly no problem with standard mouse, cant remember...... but should be USB enable/disable in Bios as mentioned.
Only small problem noticed was quirky case wiring to main board.

USB is enabled in the BIOS and also USB legacy devices.
Have been having this problem for some time now and changing over to PS2 does not solve the problem.
