Default Visioneer 4800 has no lock !
I have searched my Visioneer 4800 scanner from top to toe and it definately has NO lock ! I am still getting the 'Unlock your scanner ' message when i try to scan something and i can get no further than that...as i said the drivers are up to date..HELLLP PLEASE !!

Is there a knob on the back of the unit?

Question scanner lock
No there is no knob anywhere.Looked in manual and there is no lock on the instruction diagram either... :confused:
