Before there were internet memes, there was the Wilhelm Scream. For over half a century, filmmakers and sound guys have worked the sound into countless films as either a joke or a challenge. The first YouTube video is the history of the clip, and the second is a compilation of notable places it has been used. Fascinating, if you like useless trivia or are a film buff.

Yeah it's really funny how many films it's been in, and how many of those are Lucas films!
