Hurricanes are ahead of Ottawa right now.

Habs finished out pre-Olympic whirlwind of games alright - now in 8th, ahead of Toronto for now.

Our inconsistent #1 tested positive for drugs last week, and our backup has been standing up tall in nets. The schedule heats up after the Olympics... we play 16 games in March (Most other teams do as well)

Could be some injuries heading into playoff run with that schedule - and the trade deadline approaches.

i'm not worried about the Hurricanes, will fall hard after the break. I dont think they have the momentum to keep up. if they make the playoffs if at all.

same with the Rangers. they were always a good regular season team, but never make the post season. they will fall short..again..

the teams IMHO that will build up points and get stronger are the Flames, Canucks and Stars... cant wait for USA & Canada for the Gold...
