I haven't tweaked (customized) anything in awhile. I now want to change my boot screen, loading screen etc, icons and everything like that....loading boxes, download things...everything. Without 3rd party programs of course. I was wondering if anybody knew, or could post good detailed (in possible) tutorials or guides on how to do these things. I'd like to start with the shell32.dll hacking.

I just tryed that tutorial, yes it's easy to follow, but so hard to find all the right icons to switch with and time consumming. Is there somewhere I can download already custom shell32.dll files, and the I just replace them?
