Default Somehow I "locked" my desktop items into place

I need to move them, and it won't let me. The only way to move them is with "Arrange Icons"

I have looked everywhere, I thought it was an option in TweakUI.

I know I am just overlooking the option, but does anyone know where it is? I am very frustrated!

This is probably stating the obvious, but I just wanted to make sure that Auto Arrange is turned off, and even Align to Grid if you want complete freedom.

I unchecked it all, but still can't move them... it is beginning to really annoy me. I think I have checked something in a tweak program somewhere, I just can't find it anywhere!

It was active desktop, although I must have overlooked that, because I knew there was a "Lock Desktop Items" - DOH!

Thanks!
