Question Designing a website....
-Whats a good place to learn how to make a good design layout such as in php, but not php.

The best design is one you've done yourself.
you can't be taught Design, its a matter of trial and error, and of course, opinion

yes i m aware of that but i have a idea of how i want my site to look just now sure on how to get the tables and areas to the way which i plan...

Question O k got it
I got the layout all done etc. by using a template, but i edited to my own liking, but if u goto http://www.jk2zone.net and look at it the size of the menu and the middle parts arent fitted right to the page how can i fix this?

Link works here, not sure what you mean about the content not fitting, do you mean the borders around the text ??
