How Do I Setup A Pic(sig) Under My Posts

Can anyone explain in plain speak please. Does the pic have to be uploaded as well. Is gif okay.

Yes, a gif is fine. You can either use one that XP-erience offers or upload your own.

go into user control panel and you will find it on there if u have a fiddle with the options
