Default Removing the "More Button" for the quick launch icons

Does anyone know how to remove the "more button" next to the quick launch icons? I am not talking in the task bar next to the clock, I know how to get rid of that one. I mean the quick launch icons next to the start button. I have three icons that appear, then there is that "more button" that when clicked on, pops up a menu containing the rest of the quick luanch icons I have down there. I want no "more button." I want to see all my quick launch icons at once.

Thanks!

Right click on a blank spot on the task bar, then uncheck "lock the taskbar". You should now be able to click and drag the dividers for each section of the taskbar.
