Default can you skin the "turn off computer" applet???

Does anyone know how to skin the applet with the shutdown/restart/stand by buttons?

see attached pic to see what i am talking about.

Where's this 'msgina.dll' located ? I can't find it...

I myself wanted to change places of these buttons (Stop+Restart+Standby)...

windows/system32. there is also a backup in windows/system32/dllcache that you will have to rename. just change it to something like msgina.dll.bak.
