Why are you down on yourself because you did not get the job. You did not "flunk" the interview. You simply did not get the job. There are many reasons for that, and most do not indicate a failing in yourself.

    1) The bosses relative applied.
    2) Boss is horny bastard and a woman applied.
    3) More qualified applicant applied who works cheaper.
    4) Less qualified applicant applied who works cheaper.
    5) Black woman with a hispanic surname applied.
    6) The deviant head of HR did not like the color of your tie.
    7) Your deviant future boss was offended you did not notice his sexual overtures to you.

Screw the place, there are other jobs out there. Now think of all the reasons like those above that you might have been denied the job over and write them all down.

I'm in the same boat right now. I've applied for a job and I completely understand there may be someone that has more experience or someone that fits the company better. But I know and am confident in my abilities and know I will have more opportunities.

Keep that chin up it will be better.
